This Maracaturra coffee is produced by the Hoyes family at Finca Campo Amor in El Castillo, Las Sabanas municipality, Nicaragua. The lot represents the plantation's first natural-processed harvest, with the coffee dried on patios in the traditional natural style. The coffee is suitable for both espresso and filter brewing, with recommended espresso parameters of 1:2.3-2.5 ratio at 94°C for 30 seconds, and filter brewing at 1:15-16 ratio at 92°C.
