A light‑roast specialty coffee from La Esperanza farm in Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua (1,250–1,500 m). Maracaturra variety processed with a honey/pulped‑natural method, producing bright, fruit‑forward acidity and a sweet, lingering finish. Tasting notes include green apple, apricot, almond, red wine acidity and caramel sweetness, yielding a vibrant, clean cup with delicate body and pronounced sweetness.

LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers.
