Maracaturra variety processed with a honey/pulped‑natural method, producing bright, fruit‑forward acidity and a sweet, lingering finish. Tasting notes include green apple, apricot, almond, red wine acidity and caramel sweetness, yielding a vibrant, clean cup with delicate body and pronounced sweetness.
