A single-origin Nicaraguan Maracaturra from El Carmen (Luis Emilio Valladares) in Dipilto, Nueva Segovia, grown at 1300–1500 m. The coffee is honey processed and roasted light, producing bright acidity and a clean, balanced sweetness. Tasting notes include red grape, cranberry, orange, herbal tea and a lingering raw-honey sweetness, offering a refreshing cup with a distinctive rich finish suitable for both filter and espresso preparations.

LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers.
