Fawaris is a single-origin coffee produced by the Albir Sisters on their Bethania farm in the Nueva Segovia coffee-growing region of Nicaragua, at an altitude of 1350–1500 meters. The variety is Macaturra (Arabica), processed using a washed-fermented method. The 2024/2025 crop is medium roasted (City+) and features flavor notes of light brown caramel, white flower, raspberry, kiwi, and macadamia.
