A single origin coffee from the Escondida farm in Jinotega, Nicaragua, owned by Erwin Mierisch, grown at 975–1,230 m.a.s.l. The variety is Red Catuai, a less common cultivar in Nicaragua that has thrived on this farm. Processed using the washed method, this coffee delivers a balanced cup with chocolatey sweetness and crisp acidity.
