Also certified Organic and Fair Trade. Roasted to a medium-dark level where the acidity and body balance, featuring fruit notes combined with cocoa caramel tones.
Café Moto was founded in 2012 by Jason Weis in San Diego, California. The roastery operates a Diedrich IR 12 from its location, producing bright, clean profiles that highlight origin characteristics. Weis sources through direct trade relationships with farmers and importers, focusing on single origin coffees and seasonal offerings. The café serves espresso, pour over, and retail beans, and the business supplies wholesale accounts across San Diego's restaurant, café, and hotel scene. Café Moto also hosts public cuppings and education events as part of its involvement in the local specialty coffee community.
