About This Coffee

This decaf coffee originates from Papua New Guinea, specifically the Simbu Province and Eastern Highlands regions at 1600-1850 meters altitude. Grown by smallholder farmers, the ripest cherries are hand-picked and sun-dried at origin. The coffee is processed using the Water Ethyl Acetate (Sugarcane) decaffeination method. The varieties are Typica and Bourbon. It is a Paradise Mountain PSC B grade coffee with flavor notes of chocolate, caramel, and pecan, offering a smooth and well-rounded cup.
