This decaffeinated coffee is from Mina Rica farm in the Antioquia region of Colombia, owned by 3rd generation producer Carolina Posada. The coffee is grown at 1,750 meters altitude and features the Castillo variety. It is processed using the washed method with sugarcane decaffeination process (Ethyl Acetate derived from fermented sugarcane). The coffee offers flavor notes of clementine, cashew, and caramel.
