The coffee is decaffeinated using the mountain water process, a natural, chemical-free method at the Descamex facility in Mexico. Roasted to a medium level, the beans may appear darker and slightly oily due to the decaffeination processing. The flavor profile features chocolate and baking spices with hints of dried fruit and citrus, delivering a smooth taste with no burnt notes.
