This coffee is from Burundi's Ninga region in Kayanza Province. It is an anaerobic natural processed coffee produced by the Ninga washing station, managed by Epaphras Ndikumana and quality-controlled by Seth Nduwayo as part of the Long Miles Coffee project. The coffee features distinctive flavor notes of gummy candy sweetness, fresh honeydew melon, and winey berry notes with a smooth, lingering finish. Cherries are hand-sorted, floated, and sundried on raised tables for up to thirty days.
