This decaffeinated coffee is a Caturra variety from Finca Nogales, specifically the Arrayán lot at 1770 masl, located in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia. Produced by Oscar Hernández at an altitude of 1870-2000 meters above sea level. The coffee is processed using the experimental "mosto" decaf method. Flavor notes include red grape and lychee with a creamy, round mouthfeel.
