This is an organic medium roast blend with Peru Las Damas as the primary component, accented by seasonally changing washed process coffees. The Peru Las Damas lot is women-produced from San Ignacio in northern Peru, grown at high altitudes in remote areas. The blend features notes of brown sugar, caramel, chocolate, pear, citrus, and dried fruit. The roast is pushed for full caramelization without burnt flavors, ending well after first crack but before second crack begins. Suitable for all brewing methods including cold brew, French press, auto drip, pour-over, and espresso.
