Nordico is a blend consisting of 50% natural processed Brazil and 50% washed Guatemala. The Brazil Legender coffee comes from the Minas Gerais region, sourced from small farms called sitios through Legendér Specialty Coffees. The Guatemala component is grown by smallholder producers at high elevations throughout Huehuetenango in mineral-rich volcanic soil. This medium roast espresso blend features chocolate-forward flavors with hints of berries, orange, cinnamon, and hazelnut, offering a syrupy texture with mild acidity.
