OK Ciao is a classic Italian style espresso blend made with 30% Robusta from Uganda and 70% Brazilian and Peruvian Arabica. The current blend includes Brazil Sul de Minas Catucaí natural, Peru Agua de Nieve Caturra and Typica fully washed, and Uganda Rwenzori Mountain Robusta natural. Full-bodied, nutty, dark, and intense with flavor notes of pipe tobacco, plum, and peanut butter. The blend changes slightly with each harvest while maintaining its bold, rich Italian character. Roast profile is intense and powerful with an intensity rating of 5 out of 5.
