The coffee features Typica, Caturra, and Bourbon varieties, processed using the washed method. It offers a bold, smooth, deep body with tasting notes of dark chocolate, nutty flavors, and caramelized sugar, with lingering notes of chocolate and sweetness. The cooperative unites 320 partners cultivating over 2,065 hectares of coffee, with over 1,400 hectares certified organic.
