This is a Java Mocha blend combining Indonesian arabica from Bali and East African coffee from Ethiopia's Guji region. The blend features coffee from Kintamani, Bali at 1200 meters altitude with varieties S795 and Kartika, and Guji, Ethiopia at 2100 meters altitude with Arbegona variety. The Bali component is natural processed while the Ethiopian component is washed. This classic arabica duo recipe originated in the 19th century among coffee merchants. The blend offers a thick, full-bodied structure with yellow tropical fruits, black pepper, cardamom, and aromatic oils.
