A naturally processed coffee from the Baroida Estate in the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea, specifically from the Baroida sub-region. Grown by the Colbran family at 1700–1850 masl, this coffee features the Arusha, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Typica varieties. Roasted omni-style, suitable for both espresso and filter. Flavor notes include pomegranate, raspberry, blood orange, chocolate, Sachertorte cookie, and raisin chocolate (on milk).
