This is a unique decaf coffee from Quindío, Colombia, produced by fourth-generation producer Sebastian Ramirez at El Placer Farm. The coffee uses an innovative co-fermentation process with red fruits, followed by EA decaffeination. Made from Caturra variety beans, it delivers an intensely fruity profile with notes of strawberry, milk chocolate, cane sugar, and banana. The experimental process allows fruit esters to penetrate the coffee structure, creating a vibrant, fruit-forward decaf that challenges traditional decaf coffee perceptions.
