This Organic House Roast is a speciality grade, single origin coffee sourced from high-altitude volcanic soils. It is meticulously processed and roasted in small batches in London to maximize natural health benefits, including high levels of polyphenols, antioxidants, and vitamin B3. The coffee is independently lab-tested to ensure it is free from pesticides, mould, and mycotoxins. It offers a clean, healthy, and sustainable brew that is suitable for various brewing methods, including cafetiere, espresso, and AeroPress.

Exhale Coffee
Kirsty and Al launched Exhale Coffee in 2020 from their central London home during lockdown, building the entire operation around the idea that coffee could be optimized for health without sacrificing flavor. Every batch is independently lab tested across nine rounds for mycotoxins, mould, pesticides, and heavy metals, and the roasting method is designed to retain up to 90 percent of the beans' natural polyphenols. The coffee is single origin from Belen, Inza, in Colombia's Cauca region. Exhale holds B Corp certification alongside Soil Association Organic and Fairtrade status, and ships in fully plastic free packaging. The family run company now roasts from Brixton.
