Padah Lin is a single origin coffee from Ywangan in the southern Shan state of Myanmar. It consists of combined lots grown by Danu and Pa-O hill-tribe smallholder farmers across 16 villages in the remote mountainous area. This coffee makes a delightful, delicate yet uncomplicated filter brew with good balance of acidity and sweetness. It is also delicious as a flat white.

The roastery works with specialty grade Arabica from the top 3% of global production, sourcing from Colombia, Ethiopia, Kenya, Timor Leste, Mexico, and Uganda. Every order triggers a tree planting through their Ecologi partnership. They also offer bespoke blends and white label roasting for wholesale clients, and sell directly at farmers' markets.
