A 2024 auction lot Geisha from El Burro Estate, the southernmost coffee farm in Panama, located in Boquete between 1,575 and 2,000 meters above sea level, partially within the Baru Volcano National Park. The coffee underwent anaerobic fermentation in a sealed tank for 4 days (ASD process) followed by sun-drying on raised beds, with resting beginning on March 6th, 2024. Grown in rich volcanic soils and hand-picked by native Ngobe-Bugle Indians. Known for dense, uniform beans with high acidity and unique micro-climate cup profile.
