This is a Geisha natural coffee from Panama, produced by Altieri Specialty Coffee in its first year of partnership. The Geisha lots from Altieri represent a distinctive style — intense, bright, and slightly winey. Careful harvesting, precise natural processing, and slow drying on raised beds develop depth while preserving clarity. Expect intense florals, ripe tropical fruits, berries, and wine-like sweetness with clean acidity and a long, elegant finish.
Launched in 2024 by Ukrainian roaster Vladyslav Demonenko, Kolo Coffee quickly became a standout in Berlin's specialty scene, earning Best Specialty Coffee Shop at Berlin Coffee Week 2025. The name "Kolo" draws from the Ukrainian word for circle, a symbol of unity and community that runs through everything the micro roastery does. Vlad brings serious competition credentials, including World Vice Champion in Coffee in Good Spirits 2022 and Ukrainian Brewers Cup champion in 2023. Recognizable by its bright orange outdoor seating, the cafe serves competition grade coffees roasted on site with precision and care.
