This coffee is a Caturra variety from the Carmen Estate in Panama. Founded in 1960, the estate is currently under the third generation of family ownership. The coffee is processed using the washed method. It is described as a clean, well-structured cup that is fruity and juicy. The farm emphasizes ecological stewardship, including soil conservation and water resource protection, with cherries handpicked by the Ngäbe-Buglé indigenous people.
