This coffee is a washed Geisha from El Salto, Boquete in the Chiriquí Province of Panama. It is part of the Chevas Constellation series and is processed in the Chevas Reactor under strictly controlled conditions. The coffee is designed to highlight clarity, balance, and refined complexity, aiming to reveal the elegant side of the Geisha variety while preserving its terroir expression. Tasting notes include chrysanthemum, sugarcane, honey, and a silky mouthfeel.
Founded by Yanyi Xu, a micro roastery based in North London. Known for a gentle roasting style that preserves origin characteristics, with a strong focus on Ethiopian micro lots (floral, jasmine, bergamot profiles) and, unusually for the UK, one of the largest selections of Chinese Yunnan micro lots.
