This Gesha from Elida Estate’s Vuelta plot in Boquete, Panama (Alto Quiel) is grown at roughly 1,950 meters and produced by the Lamastus family. The lot was finished in the estate’s Dark Room Drying (DRD) facility and is processed as a washed coffee. Light roasted, it offers tasting notes of hibiscus, grapefruit, sweet plum, and a crisp acidity, with exceptional clarity and concentration.
