Washed process with hybrid drying method: density sorted, pulped, fermented for 2 days, washed through multiple water channels, dried on African raised beds for 15 days followed by 15 days in a dark room to 11.5% moisture. Aromas feature blackberry, grape, and mango with a vibrant palate of mango and passion fruit, accompanied by blackberry and dried cranberry notes. Rich, juicy, full-bodied.
