Panama Finca Lorayne DRD DF Geisha

Killbean

About This Coffee

This Geisha coffee is grown at Finca Lorayne in the Boquete highlands of Panama at an altitude of 1650–1700 meters. Produced by Adela Coffee, a four-generation family project, the cherries are processed using a Dark Room Dry Fermentation (DRD DF) method. This involves slow dry fermentation in a temperature-controlled environment for 25–30 days with low airflow to enhance clarity, depth, and sweetness. The resulting cup is concentrated and clean, featuring flavor notes of gardenia, mango, white peach, orange, and passion fruit.
