A light roast Panama coffee from the Garrido family in Alto Quiel, grown in Boquete highlands at 1600–1700 meters on volcanic soils. The lot is primarily Red Catuai and is washed at the farm’s mill. The cup shows Nutella, cacao, pomegranate blossom, and pomelo with gentle sweetness and soft floral hints, producing a round, balanced body.
