This coffee is a Geisha variety from Janson Coffee Farm's Los Alpes plantation in Tisingal, on the Talamanca Mountain Range in western Panama, located at 1,600–1,700 masl, bordering La Amistad International Park. Harvested on March 19, 2025, the lot (Lot 1055) was processed using a classic washed method with over-ripe cherries and dried on a patio for 4 days. The farm is 100% arabica-focused, micro-managed in lots for traceability, and practices sustainable, pesticide-free farming.
