This rare Panama coffee from the Santamaria – Angel Black farm in Pasa Ancho region is grown at 1,600–1,750m elevation. The Centroamericano variety is naturally processed, offering a lush and complex cup with bright notes of peach, grape, blueberry, and plum, followed by a silky finish with roasted almond and dried fruit chocolate undertones.
