It is a Geisha varietal with Green Tip processed via nitrogen macerated, anaerobic natural fermentation. The flavor profile includes notes of champagne, raspberry, white grape with a rose hip aroma, mid-high malic acidity, a juicy light body, and a cotton candy, blackberry aftertaste. It is a light roast with a modern style and synergetic balance.
