Panelita is a medium dark roasted Arabica coffee from Chiapas, Mexico, grown by smallholders at elevations between 900-1600 meters. It is a washed processed blend of Caturra, Catuai, Typica, and Bourbon varieties. The coffee features flavor notes of butterscotch, dark chocolate, and brown spice, and is recommended for espresso brewing.
