This coffee is a single origin from Colombia, produced by Paola Trujillo. It is a light roast with washed processing. The coffee features tasting notes of yellow peach, jasmine, and guava.
Moim, whose Korean name means gathering, was founded with the specific vision of creating a community gathering space for specialty coffee enthusiasts. Head roaster Joe Han launched his specialty coffee career in 2017 and earned his Q Arabica grader certification in 2022, qualifying him to evaluate beans for specialty grade quality. Based in Los Angeles and operating a limited roasting schedule Tuesday through Saturday, Moim creates an intimate space where specialty coffee becomes the centerpiece for human connection and shared passion.
