About This Coffee

Peace of cake is a seasonal espresso blend consisting of 60% Colombian coffee from El Vergel Estate in Tolima and 40% Brazilian coffee from Chapadão de Ferro in Cerrado Mineiro. The Colombian component is a Red and Yellow Caturra variety processed via natural anaerobic fermentation, while the Brazilian component is Mundo Novo variety processed naturally. This coffee offers a sweet profile with a full, creamy body and balanced fruit acidity, featuring tasting notes of forest berries, almonds, and chocolate.
