This is a certified organic Colombian coffee from the Inza community in Cauca department, sourced through a partnership with Medellín-based exporter Pergamino Cafe. The coffee is grown at 1800 meters altitude and consists of Castillo, Colombia, and Caturra varieties processed using the washed method. It features a full-bodied and approachable roast profile with flavor notes of stone fruit, baker's chocolate, and sugarcane. This community lot combines coffee from smallholder farmers who pool their resources and adopt similar farming practices to create a consistent regional product available year-round.
