Perombia is an organic blend based on beans from the southern Huila district of Colombia with fruity acidity, grape, and plum notes. The farmers have long focused on organic cultivation with the goal of becoming a leading exporter of organic coffee in Huila. The Colombian beans are complemented by beans from Peru, grown on the slopes of the Andes where the soil is optimal. The Peruvian beans contribute sweet and round characteristics of crisp apple, cherry, and pineapple.
