Perombia EKO is an organic coffee blend combining beans from Colombia and Peru. The base consists of beans from southern Colombia's Huila district, offering fruity acidity with notes of grapes and plums. The farmers have long focused on organic cultivation with the goal of becoming a leading exporter of organic coffee in Huila. The Colombian beans are complemented by beans from Peru, grown on the slopes of the Andes where the soil is optimal. The Peruvian beans contribute sweet and round characteristics with crisp apple, cherry, and pineapple notes.
