Perombia is an organic blend with a base of beans from the Huila district in southern Colombia, featuring fruity acidity with notes of grapes and plums. The Colombian farmers have long focused on organic cultivation and aim to become leading exporters of organic coffee in Huila. The Colombian beans are complemented by beans from Peru, grown on the slopes of the Andes where the soil is optimal. The Peruvian beans add sweet and round characteristics with crisp apple, cherry, and pineapple notes.
