This is a single origin coffee from Chirinos, San Ignacio in Cajamarca, Peru. It is a washed coffee made from Bourbon, Pache, and Caturra varieties, grown at 1400-1600 meters altitude. The light-medium roast has an SCA cup score of 85 and features tasting notes of orange, toffee and brown sugar.
