This single-origin coffee is produced by David Armijos on his 3-hectare farm in the La Libertad region of Peru, at an altitude of 1800-1900 meters. The Caturra variety is processed using a washed method, involving cherry washing, depulping, overnight fermentation, and drying on beds and patios. This coffee offers a flavor profile characterized by geisha-like florals, apricot, vanilla, and candy notes.
Bean Shipper has evolved from a coffee subscription service into the heart of the Kuala Lumpur specialty scene. Founded on a mission to promote coffee made in Malaysia, they are championing their own sourcing projects. We visited their HQ in Kuala Lumpur, met the lovely founders, and tasted some really special local coffee. Bean Shipper are a transparent, community-first operation that is single-handedly raising the bar for what you can expect from a Malaysian brew.
