This natural-processed coffee is sourced from the Asociacion de Productores Cafetaleros Juan Marco El Palto (JUMARP) in the Amazonian Andes of northern Peru. The cooperative, founded in 2003, consists of 189 smallholder farmers. The coffee is a blend of Typica, Caturra, and Bourbon varieties, grown at an elevation between 1600 and 1800 meters above sea level.
