Features Pacamara and Bourbon varieties; this year's selection is Pacamara. The coffee is washed processed with a clean, juicy profile. Flavor notes include malic acid-forward fruit with grapes, pears, red and green apple, subtle red cherry and pomegranate, and white sugary sweetness throughout.
