This exceptional washed microlot comes from Richard Cotrina’s Finca El Eucalipto, a small 2-hectare family farm located in the mountains of Cajamarca, Peru. Grown at 1450–1500 meters above sea level, this Bourbon variety coffee is fermented for 60 hours, washed, and dried on raised African beds. It offers a vibrant and expressive cup profile characterized by bright fruit notes, including blueberry, lemon, and peach, with elegant acidity. The result is a clean, juicy, and beautifully balanced coffee.
