SL09 coffee from Finca Lorifunde in Cusco region, Peru, grown at 2,296 meters altitude in the Nevado Choquesafra area. The beans are washed-processed, hand-harvested and underwent a 48-hour pre-pulp fermentation before being dried on raised beds for approximately 12 days. The SL09 variety, locally known as "Inca Geisha," is characterized by structured acidity and floral aromatic potential. Flavor notes include lychee, white florals, mixed berries, and yellow peach with a clean, tea-like finish.
