This single-origin decaffeinated coffee is from Finca Negrisa in Chanchamayo, Peru (approx. 1250 m). The Typica variety is washed and decaffeinated using a liquid CO2 method after steam treatment. Roasted to a medium-dark level for espresso, it presents nougat, nutmeg, and chocolate flavor notes and is 100% Arabica.
While the Andraschko Kaffeemanufaktur was officially founded in 2006, the coffee passion of Elisabeth and Willy Andraschko began back in 1979 when they established a Viennese coffee house in Berlin, with Willy notably joining the world-famous Café Einstein and shaking up the scene. For over twenty years, this specialty coffee manufactory has supplied coffee lovers, luxury hotels, and starred restaurants with exceptional coffee, earning recognition far beyond Berlin's city and national borders.
