A certified organic (DE-ÖKO-001) single-origin espresso from Finca Negrisa in Chanchamayo, Peru, grown at 1250 m. Made from Typica (100% Arabica) and washed before decaffeination using a liquid CO2 process, the beans are roasted to a medium-dark level for espresso. Tasting notes include nougat, nutmeg, and chocolate. Sold as whole beans or ground.
