Peru La Margarita is sourced from Finca La Margarita, a 3.5-hectare family-owned farm run by the Solorzano family in Ocobamba, Cusco. The farm cultivates Bourbon, Sidra, and Geisha varieties under shade trees. Coffee cherries are handpicked before sunrise and undergo a closed fermentation for 32 hours followed by a controlled double fermentation of 36 hours using one-way valve containers. Beans are then dried in parchment on six-layer steel drying beds for approximately 18 days. The cup profile features great sweetness, a creamy body, fruity nuances, apricot, sweet vanilla, and brownie notes.
