About This Coffee

This single-origin coffee is produced by Luben Pérez Verastegui on his farm, La Palta, located in the Marcopampa community of Querocoto, Cajamarca, Peru. Grown at an altitude of 2,204 meters, this coffee consists of Caturra and Catuai varieties. It undergoes a classic washed process, including 60 hours of fermentation and 18 days of solar drying. The flavor profile is vibrant and grounded, featuring notes of chocolate truffle, sugar cookie, currant, and apple.

Color Coffee Roasters is the brainchild of Charlie Gundlach, who turned his backyard roasting obsession into a legit operation in Eagle, Colorado, back in 2016.
