About This Coffee

Peru Miguel Estella is a single-origin coffee from Finca El Morito in San Ignacio, Cajamarca, produced by Miguel Estela. Grown at 2000 m altitude and of the Marshell varietal, cherries above 18° Brix are selectively picked, double fermented (36 hours in cherry, 48 hours in mucilage), washed and dried slowly in solar dryers for 20–25 days.
