This single-origin coffee is sourced from the Pariahuanca region in Peru, specifically from the farm of Miguel Sánchez Roncal located at an altitude of 2,350 meters. The coffee is a Bourbon variety processed using the washed method. Due to the high altitude and significant diurnal temperature swings, the cherries ripen slowly, resulting in a cup with vibrant acidity and complex aromas. Tasting notes include blackberry, grapefruit, and honey.
